By completing your ACTi Legal Enrollment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not enroll or use the platform.

Your ACTi Legal Enrollment grants access to the included ACTi ecosystem — the Legal ACTi Beings, CIA, daily live trainings, and bonus Unblinded Package — for the account named at signup. Access is for your personal use, is non-transferable, and may not be shared or resold without our prior written approval.

Your enrollment is a one-time payment shown in US dollars and processed securely by Stripe. You authorize us to charge the total shown at checkout. Your access is confirmed once payment is successfully completed.

Your enrollment today secures your seat in the Boot Camp and the full ACTi ecosystem build for your practice. After the 60-day money-back guarantee window closes, continued access to the ACTi ecosystem — your ACTi Beings, your tools, and your build — is billed at $4,000 per month, which totals $50,000 per year.

That rate is yours for life. You are grandfathered in at $50,000 per year, in perpetuity: your annual ongoing-access rate will not increase, regardless of any future pricing changes ACTi may apply to new cohorts.

You may cancel ongoing monthly access at any time. Cancellation ends future monthly charges and ends your access to the ongoing ecosystem (your initial enrollment and the 60-day guarantee remain governed by the Money-Back Guarantee section above).

The pricing structure described above is offered only to this cohort. ACTi reserves the right to discontinue cash-only enrollment for future cohorts. Going forward, comparable full-suite access to ACTi's legal infrastructure is expected to be offered on partnership terms (including equity participation in the enrollee's practice) in lieu of, or in addition to, a flat fee. By enrolling now, you acknowledge that the current cash-only pricing is a limited offering and may not be available to future enrollees.

If you can unequivocally say that we have overstated our promise, request a refund within 60 days of your purchase in writing by texting +1 (732) 371-3674, and we will refund your payment in full. In that event, ACTi will additionally donate $10,000 to a 501(c)(3) charity of your choice. After 60 days, payments are non-refundable.

The ecosystem will evolve over time. The included Beings, trainings, features, and community offerings may be added to, modified, or retired. We aim to give reasonable notice of material changes.

You agree to use the ecosystem lawfully and not to share your access, resell it, or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the platform.

We expect members to treat the community, staff, and one another with respect. We may suspend or revoke access for abusive, unlawful, or harmful behavior, without a refund.

All ecosystem content, ACTi Beings, and materials are owned by ACTi or its licensors and may not be copied, redistributed, or used to build competing products without our permission.

The service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for access.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You and ACTi consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Bergen County, New Jersey, for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the ecosystem after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
